Advice and consultations for friends and family members is not included in patient care.
All sessions involve consultation, evaluation, and treatment, and is payable at the time of service.
Clients can easily file for reimbursement with their PPO or flexible medical plan. A superbill, which contains all the information necessary for insurance claim processing can be obtained upon request for this purpose.
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required of all clients.
Appointments are available Monday/Wednesday/Friday 2-7pm, and Tuesday/Thursday from 7:45am to 7:30pm. Appointments tend to book up approximately 2-3 weeks in advance, and are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The treatment sessions are private one-on-one treatments without the use of aides or assistants. There is no waiting room so please knock at your scheduled time. Also, please wear underwear and/or clothing in which you can freely move. There is a private changing/restroom. |
